Eric McCarthy is an Indian Born and raised in the western State of Candolim, Goa. McCarthy’s Journey started in 2001 in New York City with launching some of the Highly Acclaimed well know Indian restaurants. As a Chef with Multiple Michelin Awards to his credit over the years.

Now part of Tulsi Cooperation Management, Chef Eric as recreated Indian Table @Brooklyn and OM (The Taste of Experience) in New York City. OM is focused on some of the Unique and forgotten regional and costal delicacies.
